Introduction to Serbian Language Proficiency Test

The European Language Level Examination Center divides each language into six levels, namely A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. As the level increases, the difficulty of the test increases. Our school is one of the nationally recognized language level examination centers. After completing a semester of language courses in our department, students can take the level examination with the approval of the teaching group. After passing the examination, they can receive a language level certificate. The language level certificate is a stepping stone for employment in Serbian companies and further studies abroad. At the same time, our school’s language certificate is also recognized throughout the Balkan Peninsula and other European countries.

Figure 1 shows a 16-year-old high school student who passed the A2 exam with a high score of 84 in just three months of study. Figure 2 shows the Serbian children’s group taught by teacher Marija. All three colleges
passed the Serbian A1 exam after one month of study, and then took the A2 course one month later and also passed the A2 exam. They are aged 10-12 years old, and are the youngest group of students who have passed the Serbian level exam in our department.
